Focaccia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tsp dry yeast
    1 tsp sugar
    2/3 cup olive oil + 2 tbsp
    1 tsp salt
    1/3 cup black olives, chopped
    2 sprigs rosemary, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Sift 8 cups flour into a bowl. In another bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in 3 cups of warm water and leave for 15 mins.
    Add 2/3 cup oil and 1 tsp salt to yeast mixture, stir into flour, then knead dough until smooth and pliable. Leave for 15 mins to rise.
    Oil a baking dish and dust with flour. Transfer dough to dish so that it sits 2-3 cm high and make indentations in the surface with your fingers. Brush with 1-2 tbsp olive oil. Add the olives and rosemary on top. Bake for 15-20 mins.
