1 (16.5 oz) log chocolate chip cookie dough
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
32 None caramel squares
26 None pecan halves
1/3 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Using a mixer, beat cookie dough and peanut butter until combined. Stir in chopped pecans. Roll dough into 1 tablespoon balls and place 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Gently press to flatten slightly. Bake for 8-10 mins, until lightly golden. Let cool completely on wire racks.
Meanwhile, combine caramels with 4 tsp water. Microwave on HIGH in 1 min bursts, or until caramels are completely melted, mixing after each minute until smooth. Let stand for 5 mins to thicken and cool slightly. Spoon 1 tsp melted caramel onto each cookie and top with a pecan half. Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies.
