Watermelon Tequila Popsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb watermelon, rind removed and cubed
    2 None limes, juiced
    1/2 cup Italian aperitif
    1/2 cup tequila
    1/3 cup sugar
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients until smooth. Strain then distribute between 20 popsicle molds. Freeze for around 2 hours, or until partially set. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of molds. Return to freezer until fully frozen.
    To serve, place popsicles in a glass of sparkling wine or fizzy water.
