4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
5 tbsp butter, chopped
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 None egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
2/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine chocolate and butter in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Transfer to a large bowl; cool for 10 mins.
Stir in brown sugar, egg and ground hazelnuts. Sift flour, baking soda and cocoa powder into a medium bowl. Stir into cookie dough. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line 2 large baking pans with parchment paper.
Roll level tablespoons of cookie dough into balls. Place powdered sugar on a plate; roll each ball in sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
Bake for 15-18 mins. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
