Italian-Style Bean Salad With Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    7 oz green beans, trimmed and halved
    1 can (15 oz) pink beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    4 oz mozzarella cheese, thickly sliced
    1/2 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 cup pitted black olives
Preparation
    Whisk garlic, oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Boil, steam or microwave green beans until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
    Place green beans and canned beans in a large bowl with remaining ingredients and dressing; toss gently to combine.
