Ricotta Cream With Grapefruit And Hazelnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz ricotta cheese
    2 tbsp evaporated skim milk
    1 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
    1/3 cup grapefruit juice
    2 None grapefruit, segmented, plus grated zest of 1 grapefruit
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    18 oz red and green grapes, broken into small bunches
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts
Preparation
    Whisk ricotta, evaporated milk, yogurt, grapefruit juice, grapefruit zest and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Transfer to a serving platter along with grapefruit segments and grapes. Sprinkle with hazelnuts to serve.
