Pork And Pepper Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp canola oil
    1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
    1 None red pepper, seeded, sliced
    1 tsp cumin seeds, roughly crushed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 bunch green onions, sliced into 1 inch pieces
    1 tsp sesame oil
    8 oz broccoli florets, blanched in boiling water for 1-2 mins, drained
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    4 tbsp light soy sauce
    8-10 None fresh cilantro leaves
    8-10 None fresh basil leaves
    8 oz rice noodles, softened in boiling water for 2-3 mins, drained
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add pork and stir-fry for 8 mins. Add pepper, cumin, garlic, green onions and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Add broccoli, chili sauce, soy sauce and 4 tbsp water. Stir-fry for 2 mins. Add herbs and noodles and toss to combine. Serve.
