Green Bean And Hazelnut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted, roughly chopped
Preparation

Boil, steam or microwave green beans until just tender. Shock in ice water until cold then drain.
Combine vinegar, oil and mustard. Season.
Just before serving, gently toss green beans with dressing and toasted nuts until combined.
