Hawaiian Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None prepared pizza crust (10-inch)
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    2/3 cup tomato puree with basil
    1/2 medium ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, quartered and sliced
    2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp dried basil leaves
    None None Mixed salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 475\u00b0F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
    Cook bacon in a medium skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    Spread pizza crust with tomato puree. Top with bacon, pineapple, cheese and basil.
    Bake for 20 mins or until crust is crisp and cheese is golden. Cut pizza into wedges. Serve at once with mixed salad.
