Marinated Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz large green olives
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
    2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Split olives by bashing with a wooden rolling pin. Toss with olive oil, red wine vinegar, herbs and garlic. Season, cover and chill for up to 2 weeks to marinate. Serve at room temperature.
