Chicken Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb green beans, roughly chopped
    2 oz small pasta
    1 tsp oil
    5.25 oz chicken breast
    1 None medium onion, finely diced
    1 tsp tomato paste
    3 cups chicken stock
    1 None medium carrot, peeled and diced
    1/2 lb broccoli, cut into florets
    5 None tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    2-3 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
    2 tsp store-bought pesto
Preparation
    Blanch green beans in boiling salted water. Drain. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan and saute chicken for 2 mins per side. Season then add onion and tomato paste and cook for 3-4 mins. Add stock, carrot, broccoli and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, cover then simmer for 10 mins. Remove chicken, dice then return to pan. Add pasta and beans. Serve with parsley and pesto.
