Herbs De Provence Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz pitted black olives
5.25 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed, blanched
3.5 oz mixed greens
2 stalks celery, trimmed, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp herbs de provence
Preparation

Combine olives, peas, mixed greens, celery and herbs. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and herbs de provence then toss with salad.
