Flourless Hazelnut Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup cocoa powder + 1 tbsp for dusting
    1/3 cup hot water
    5 oz dark chocolate, melted
    11 tbsp butter, melted
    1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 2/3 cups ground hazelnuts
    4 None large eggs, separated
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a deep 8 inch square cake pan and line the base and sides with parchment paper.
    Blend the cocoa powder with the hot water in a large bowl until smooth. Next, stir in the chocolate, butter, sugar, hazelnuts and eggs yolks.
    Beat the egg whites in a small bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture in two batches.
    Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour or until firm. Allow the cake to stand for 15 mins, then turn onto a wire rack, top-side up, to cool. Dust with sifted cocoa and serve.
