Rhubarb And Strawberry Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb rhubarb, trimmed, washed and cut into 1-inch lengths
    1 lb whole strawberries, hulled
    1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, chopped
    1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 6 shallow 1-cup ramekins.
    Combine rhubarb, strawberries and 1/2 cup of the sugar in a large bowl. Spoon into prepared dishes.
    For the crumble, sift flour into a bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in pistachios and remaining 1/3 cup sugar. Sprinkle evenly over fruit in each dish.
    Bake 15-20 mins, until golden. Serve warm.
