Fish With Thai Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh lemongrass
    2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
    1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
    1 piece (1/3-inch) ginger, grated
    4 None fish steaks, such as swordfish or tuna (6-7 oz each)
    None None Mixed salad and lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    For the Thai dressing, place all ingredients except fish in a medium bowl; mix well.
    Cook fish on heated oiled grill pan (or broiler or grill) until cooked to desired doneness. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with mixed salad and lemon wedges.
