Sizzled Ham And Scrambled Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz sliced ham
    3 None tomatoes, thickly sliced
    4 None rolls, split and toasted
    4 tbsp butter
    6 None eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tbsp light cream
    1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    Melt 1 tbsp of the butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook ham, turning, until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Melt 1 tbsp butter in same skillet. Cook tomato, turning, until heated through. Remove from pan.
    Wipe pan clean. Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan on low heat. Cook eggs gently, stirring continuously but slowly for 6 mins or until just set. Add the cream and chives and season with salt and white pepper.
    Sandwich rolls with the tomatoes, ham and scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
