Slider Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium egg yolk
2 tbsp mustard
4 small spring onions, finely sliced
1 None red chilli, finely diced
400 g minced beef
50 g gherkins, finely diced
100 g mayonnaise
2 stems dill, finely chopped
1 tbsp oil
8 small burger buns
50 g baby lettuce leaves
2 None tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together the egg yolk, 1 tbsp mustard, green onions, chili and meat. Season with salt and pepper and form into 8 small burgers.
For the sauce, mix together 1 tbsp mustard, chopped pickles, mayonnaise and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for about 10 minutes until they are cooked through. Cut the burger buns in half and lightly toast them.
To serve, spread some lettuce and tomato on the bottom half of the bun. Top with a burger, a good dollop of the sauce and finally the bun top.
