Ginger, Lemon And Lime Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
4 None snapper or sea bass fillets
    1 None lemon, thinly sliced
    1 None lime, thinly sliced
1 piece (3/4 inch) ginger, peeled and cut into julienned
6 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup teriyaki marinade
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
None None Fresh cilantro sprigs, for garnish
None None Steamed rice and Asian greens, to serve
Preparation
Cut 4 large squares of parchment paper. Place a fish fillet in center of each square. Top each fillet with an equal amount of the lemon, lime and ginger, then half the green onions.
Combine teriyaki marinade and sweet chili sauce. Drizzle evenly over the fish.
Lift parchment paper around fish to enclose, folding down edges to secure. Place on a microwave-safe plate or the turntable and cook on high for 3-4 mins, or until cooked through (test with a fork - it will flake easily if ready). Let stand for 2 mins in paper packets.
Carefully transfer fish with lemon, lime, ginger and onion to plates. Drizzle with any teriyaki marinade from packets. Sprinkle with remaining green onion. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice and Asian greens.
