Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups Bisquick
    1/2 cup cooked spinach, drained or chopped fresh herbs
    3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
    2/3 cup milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F.
    In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, spinach and cheese. Mix in milk with a fork to form a soft dough. Transfer to a floured surface and knead 8-10 times. Shape into a 3/4 inch thick round. Cut out biscuits with 1 7/8 inch biscuit cutter. Transfer to a baking pan and bake for 8-9 mins, or until light brown.
