Individual Turkey And Vegetable Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sheets frozen pie dough, partially thawed, cut into 12 - 5 inch rounds
    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    5 oz corn kernels
    1 None carrot, finely grated
    1/2 None onion, grated
    1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp chili flakes
    1.5 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Line with pastry rounds, pressing dough into recesses of pan.
    Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, vegetables, chili sauce, cilantro, egg, oil and chili flakes. Season then distribute between pie shells. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 mins, until lightly browned and cooked through.
