Lemon Chili Chicken And Chorizo Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chicken breast fillets, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
    2 links chorizo, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
    1 None medium yellow pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
    12 None fresh bay leaves
    1 tbsp lemon zest
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp dried chili flakes
    1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
    Preheat grill. Thread chicken, chorizo, pepper and bay leaves, alternately, onto skewers.
    Grill skewers for 5 mins, or until chicken is cooked through and chorizo is browned lightly.
