Chicken, Artichoke And Feta Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None large pizza bases
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    11 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
    13 oz marinated artichoke hearts in oil, drained, coarsely chopped
    6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely shredded
    2 tsp lemon zest
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease 2 baking trays.
    Spread pizza bases with olive oil and garlic. Top with chicken, artichokes and cheese. Bake for 15 mins.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with mint and lemon zest.
