Garlic Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 None eggs
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 cup hot beef fat or vegetable oil
    None None fresh parsley, to garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
    In a food processor or blender, puree milk, flour, eggs and garlic salt until smooth. Cover batter and let rest for 1 hour.
    Divide beef fat between the wells of a 12-cup muffin pan. Bake for 3 mins. Divide prepared batter evenly between heated wells and sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Bake for 15 mins, or until golden.
