Pear And Coconut Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flaked coconut
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 None lemon, peel finely grated
1 None lime, peel finely grated
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 can (15 oz) pears, drained and chopped
8 None ready-made crepes
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation

Combine coconut, condensed milk and citrus peels and juices in a large bowl. Stir until mixture thickens. Fold in cream, then pears.
Warm the crepes according to the package directions. Spoon pear mixture onto each crepe. Fold into quarters. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
