Sweet Chili Chicken Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None chicken tenders, sliced in half lengthwise
    12 None bamboo skewers, soaked in cold water
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated and lemon juiced
    1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp ground coriander
Preparation
    Thread chicken strips onto skewers.
    Combine chili sauce, lemon peel and juice, ginger, oil, garlic and coriander in a shallow dish. Add chicken skewers. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 20 mins to marinate.
    Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Cook skewers for 3-4 mins each side until cooked through.
