Curried Egg Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None large eggs
    100 g mayonnaise
    2 tsp curry powder
    1 None iceberg lettuce, shredded
    8 slices white bread
Preparation
    Cook eggs in large saucepan of boiling water for 7 mins. Drain under cold water, then peel and chop roughly. Place in a bowl, add mayonnaise and curry powder and mash with a fork. Season to taste.
    Sandwich egg mixture and lettuce between bread slices. Cut crusts from bread, cut each sandwich into 4 triangles to serve.
