Chorizo And Fish Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/3 lbs cod fillets, cut into cubes
    2 None long red chili peppers, seeded and thickly sliced lengthwise
    2 None chorizo, sliced
Preparation
    Combine oil and garlic in a large bowl. Add fish and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins to marinate.
    Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Thread a cube of fish, a slice of chili pepper and a slice of chorizo onto each bamboo skewer. Brush with garlic marinade. Cook for 2 mins each side, until golden and cooked through.
