Tomato & Basil Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices ciabatta
    None None Olive oil, for brushing
    1 pinch sea salt
    3 None plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
    1 tbsp finely shredded fresh basil leaves
    None None Cracked black pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Toast the ciabatta lightly on one side under a preheated broiler. Brush the untoasted sides with olive oil then sprinkle with a little sea salt. Place slices, oiled-side up, under broiler; toast until just browned.
    Mix the tomatoes, basil, black pepper and garlic in large bowl.
    Top ciabatta with tomato mixture.
