Sautéed Shrimp With Mango Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large tomato, seeded and cubed
    1 None mango, peeled, stoned and cut into cubes
    1/4 None pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
    2 None spring onions, sliced
    1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
    2 None red chilli peppers
    1 None lime, zested and juiced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely diced
    1 piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely diced
    3 tbsp hazelnut oil
    20 None raw king prawns, peeled and headless
    1 pinch paprika
Preparation
    Mix the tomato, pineapple, mango, spring onion, chili, ginger, garlic, 2 tbsp oil, lime zest and lime juice. Season to taste.
    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan and saute the shrimp for 3-4 mins, turning as necessary. Serve with the salsa.
