Hoisin And Peanut Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1/2 cup hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp unsalted roasted peanuts, crushed
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vinegar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
    Add hoisin sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 5 mins, or until thickened slightly. Remove from the heat and stir in nuts.
