Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None egg yolks
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 cup Marsala
    1 lb mascarpone cheese or whipped cream cheese
    3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
    1 cup espresso
    1/2 lb ladyfinger cookies
    2 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting
Preparation
    For the mascarpone cream, whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and 1/4 cup Marsala in a heat-resistant bowl over a hot water bath until thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Add the mascarpone (or whipped cream cheese, if using) then fold in the whipped cream.
    To build the tiramisu, mix the remaining Marsala with the espresso in a bowl. Dip 1/2 the ladyfingers, 1 at a time, in the coffee mixture and place them in the bottom of a rectangular baking dish. Spread 1/2 the mascarpone cream over top then repeat. Chill for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Serve dusted with cocoa powder.
