Stir Fried Vegetables With Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    5 oz green beans, trimmed, halved
    1 bunch Chinese broccoli, chopped
    1 None yellow pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
    3.5 oz oyster mushrooms, halved
    1/2 None small Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
    3 None spring onions, sliced
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 cup peanuts, toasted, chopped
Preparation
    Heat peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry beans, broccoli and pepper for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add mushrooms, cabbage and onions. Stir-fry for 2 mins, until cabbage is tender. Add oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins. Serve topped with peanuts.
