Fruit Salad With Ginger Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz seedless grapes, halved
    2 None small apples, cored, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 None small pears, cored, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 None kiwis, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 None small bananas, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 None pomegranate, seeds removed
    2 tbsp honey
    1/3 inch fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
Preparation
    Mix fruit with honey and set aside to macerate. Whip cream with sugar until stiff then fold in ginger. Serve fruit salad on a large serving platter with a bowl of ginger cream on the side.
