Tomato And Basil Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz small pasta shells
    9 oz halved cherry tomatoes
    2 tbsp shredded fresh basil, plus extra basil to serve
    2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    2 None anchovies, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until just tender. Rinse under cold water until cool then drain.
    Transfer pasta to a large bowl along with cherry tomatoes and basil.
    Whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and anchovies. Season to taste. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
    Distribute the salad between 12 small serving glasses. Top with extra basil.
