Chocolate Rice Pudding With Hazelnut Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    2/3 cup short grain rice
    1 None egg white, whipped to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt
    1 None egg yolk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 None orange, zested
    2 oz orange-flavored dark chocolate, chopped
    1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
    1 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan then add the rice. Cook over low heat for about 35 mins, stirring several times. Pour the rice onto a baking sheet and leave to cool for 20-30 mins.
    Whisk together the egg yolk, sugar and half of the orange zest and stir into the rice. Fold in the whipped egg white followed by the chocolate.
    Mix the hazelnuts and brown sugar. Pour the rice pudding mixture into a greased, ovenproof dish and sprinkle it with the hazelnuts. Bake in the oven for 5-6 mins. Serve immediately garnished with the remaining orange zest.
