Beef, Corn And Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None sirloin steaks
    2 cobs corn, kernels removed
    10.5 oz chargrilled red pepper, 3/4 thinly sliced, 1/4 roughly chopped
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    3.5 oz baby spinach
Preparation
    Preheat grill and oil grates.
    Grill steaks for 3-4 mins per side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a large plate, cover loosely with foil and let rest for 10 mins. Thinly slice diagonally.
    Blanch corn in boiling salted water for 2-3 mins, until tender. Drain and let cool.
    In a food processor, combine roughly chopped peppers, mayonnaise and paprika. Process until a smooth and season to taste.
    Place thinly sliced peppers in a large bowl along with spinach, corn and steak. Toss until well combined. Serve drizzled with mayonnaise sauce.
