Chicken Ciabatta Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf ciabatta, halved lengthwise
    1 cup pizza sauce
    1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, torn into strips
    1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
    6 oz goat cheese, cut into 8 slices
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Halve each piece of ciabatta crosswise to make 4 pieces. Place the bread, cut-side-up, on a baking sheet. Spread with the pizza sauce.
    Arrange the chicken, artichokes and goat cheese on the bread. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
    Bake for 15 mins until the bread is crisp and golden.
