Oysters With Lime Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 None oysters, on the half shell
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tbsp white sugar
1 None kaffir lime leaf, finely shredded
1 None fresh long red thai chili, deseeded, cut into fine strips
1/2 tbsp peanut oil
Preparation

Place oysters in a single layer on a serving platter or individual serving plates.
Whisk together remaining ingredients. Season then drizzle over oysters. Serve immediately.
