Pepperoni And Arugula Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large (10 inches) prepared pizza crusts
    2/3 cup tomato pasta sauce
    2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    4 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
    1 1/2 cups baby arugula leaves
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Place the pizza crusts on oiled baking pans. Spread with the tomato pasta sauce then top with the cheese and pepperoni.
    Bake the pizzas for about 10 mins, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp.
    Just before serving, top the pizza with arugula leaves and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
