Chocolate Walnut Tart - cooking recipe

1 1/2 cups walnuts
1/2 cup brazil nuts
1/3 cup raisins
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted and cooled
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup mixed berries
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
None None Whipped cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease an 8 inch round fluted tart pan with removable bottom. Place on a baking pan.
Process nuts and raisins in a food processor until finely chopped. Add butter; process until combined. Press nut mixture evenly in bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 8 mins or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, place chocolate and cream in a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water. Cook and stir for 4-5 mins or until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 mins. Pour chocolate mixture into tart pan, smoothing surface with a spatula.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Top tart with berries; dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
