Ingredients

1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 None egg
3 tbsp butter, melted, plus additional 1 tbsp for brushing
None None Whipped cream, to serve
Preparation

Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Whisk milk, egg and butter in a medium bowl until combined. Add to dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Brush with a little melted butter.
Drop level tablespoonfuls of the batter into pan and cook for 1-2 mins, until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and cook the other side for 1 min or until golden.
Repeat with remaining batter, brushing the pan between batches. Serve topped with whipped cream.
