Pork Chops With Mushroom And Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None pork chops
    3 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and roughly chopped
    2 None onions, peeled and diced
    1 None red pepper, trimmed, deseeded and sliced
    1 None green pepper, trimmed, deseeded and sliced
    2/3 cup vegetable stock
    2/3 cup whipping cream
    1/4 lb Gouda cheese, grated
    6 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Dredge pork chops with 2 tbsp flour. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chops for 3 mins on each side, then set aside.
    For the sauce, add mushrooms to the pan and cook for 10 mins, adding onions and peppers after 4 mins. Season. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp flour, then add stock and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer for 1 min.
    Arrange chops in a baking dish, top with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 mins. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
