Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 None medium egg yolks
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 oz flaked almonds
1 oz ground almonds

4 None ripe nectarines, stoned and sliced
3.5 oz raspberries
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
None None Whipped cream, to serve
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks, then stir in flour until crumbly. Transfer one-third of the mixture to another bowl and stir in flaked and ground almonds to form a streusel topping. To the other bowl, add 1 tbsp water and mix to a dough.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line an 8 inch tart pan with dough. Bake for 20-25 mins.
To make filling: Toss together nectarines, raspberries, sugar and flour. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle streusel over the top. Reduce oven to 375\u00b0F and bake for 20 mins, until topping is golden. Serve with whipped cream.
