Ingredients

10 oz cherries, stoned and chopped
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp Kirsch
1/2 None lemon, juice only
1 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
Preparation

Place the cherries, sugar, red wine, Kirsch and lemon juice in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the chocolate and spoon into 2 small sterilized jars. Seal and store in the fridge. Use within 2 weeks.
