Fettuccine Alla Chicken Pizzaiola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 None breaded chicken cutlets
    7 slices prosciutto
    1 jar (25 oz) tomato pasta sauce
    1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    8 oz fettuccine
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook chicken, in batches, until lightly browned.
    Place chicken, in a single layer, in a shallow baking dish. Top with prosciutto, sauce then cheese. Bake, uncovered, in oven, for about 20 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until just tender; drain. Serve pasta topped with chicken pizzaiola.
