Coconut And Pineapple Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp simple syrup (or corn syrup)
3 tbsp shredded coconut, lightly toasted
3 tbsp coconut rum
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp coconut cream
None None blueberries and a strawberry, to garnish

Preparation

Brush the rim of a serving glass with simple syrup then dip in toasted coconut. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with blueberries and a strawberry.
