Tuna Steaks With Herb And Garlic Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter
    7 oz spinach leaves, chopped
    4 None tuna steaks
    1/2 cup prepared vinaigrette
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add spinach; toss gently for 2-3 mins, or until just wilted. Remove from pan.
    Spray a grill pan with no stick cooking spray and heat on medium. Cook tuna for 2-3 mins each side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
    Meanwhile, whisk vinaigrette, garlic, parsley and dill in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
    Serve tuna on a bed of spinach, drizzled with vinaigrette.
