Grilled Sweet Potatoes With Maple Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None large sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/3 inch slices
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat grill. Boil, steam or microwave sweet potatoes until just tender. Drain. Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients.
    Grill sweet potatoes until browned. Flip over, brush with garlic mixture and cook until browned and tender. Serve.
