Grilled Bell Pepper Boats With Feta And Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp fruit vinegar
    4 tbsp lemon vinegar
    1 tbsp sugar
    8 tbsp olive oil
    8 small stalks rosemary
    1 bunch thyme, chopped
    400 g feta chesse, cubed
    200 g pitted black olives
    6 None red and yellow peppers, halved and deseeded
Preparation
    Mix together the vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar; season. Stir in the olive oil and herbs. Toss with the feta and olives. Grill the peppers for 5-10 mins, then fill with the marinated feta and olives.
