Chocolate And Irish Cream Custard Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None 9-inch frozen pie crust, thawed
    4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
    2 None eggs
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    None None Unsweetened cocoa powder, to dust
    None None Whipped cream, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Prick the pie crust with a fork. Place on a baking pan. Bake 10 mins. Cool 10 mins.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0F.
    Meanwhile, place chocolate, milk and liqueur in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir for 2-3 mins until smooth. Cool slightly.
    Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in milk mixture. Pour into pie crust.
    Bake 25-30 mins until custard is just set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Dust with cocoa and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
